Umpqua Aquaculture grows oysters in the Umpqua Triangle ( the enclosed ocean
area between the jetties at the mouth of the Umpqua river) We use the long line
suspended culture method of oyster culture. Our oysters are grown in the cool
clean waters of the Pacific ocean, never coming in contact with the bottom. We
sell oysters year round out of our retail market located in the center of the
Harbor past the boat ramp. They are available shucked or in the shell. Fresh
daily!
